摘要
【目的】探索不同环剥处理对‘金艳’猕猴桃叶片光合特性、生理生化指标和果实产量、品质的影响,筛选适宜的环剥方法。【方法】以‘金艳’猕猴桃为试材,在果实快速膨大期(花后10 d)和干物质迅速积累阶段(花后80 d)进行单层360°和双层240°、宽度为5 mm和9 mm的一次和二次主干环剥,以不环剥为对照(CK),测定环剥后35 d叶片的光合特性及果实成熟期叶片生理生化指标、果实产量和品质,利用主成分分析法对不同环剥处理进行综合评价。【结果】环剥可显著降低‘金艳’猕猴桃叶片净光合速率、气孔导度和蒸腾速率,提高胞间CO_(2)浓度和叶片可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖和可溶性淀粉含量,二次环剥能进一步加深对叶片光合作用的负反馈作用;各处理均在不同程度上提高了单株产量和单果质量,以T7、T8和T4较突出;T7、T6和T5对果实可溶性固形物和干物质含量提升效果明显,分别提高了11.92%~15.62%和7.92%~12.10%;除T1、T2和T8外的其他处理均显著增加了果实抗坏血酸含量5.56%~13.89%,以T6最高,T7次之。【结论】在花后10 d和80 d两次环剥更能在不同关键阶段为‘金艳’猕猴桃生长发育提供充足的营养保障,促进果实对碳水化合物的利用,提高果实产量和品质,以T7提质增产效果最佳。
【Objective】The effects of different girdling treatments on photosynthetic characteristics,physiological and biochemical indexes of kiwifruit leaves,fruit yield and quality were explored,in order to screen suitable girdling method.【Method】'Jinyan'kiwifruit was used as the test material,singlelayer 360°and double-layer 240°girdling with width of 5 mm and 9 mm were carried out at the rapid expansion period(10 days after flowering)and the rapid dry matter accumulation stage(80 days after flowering)of'Jinyan',and no girdling was used as the control(CK).The photosynthetic characteristics of leaves at 35 days after girdling and the leaf physiological and biochemical indexes,fruit yield and quality at fruit ripening stage were measured,and the principal component analysis method was used to comprehensively evaluate different girdling treatments.【Result】Girdling could significantly reduce the net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate of'Jinyan'kiwifruit leaves,increase the intercellular CO2 concentration and the contents of soluble protein,soluble sugar and soluble starch in leaves.Twice girdling could further deepen the negative feedback on leaf photosynthesis.All treatments increased the yield per plant and single fruit weight to varying degrees,especially T7,T8,and T4.T7,T6 and T5 significantly increased the soluble solids and dry matter content of fruit by 11.92%-15.62%and 7.92%-12.10%,respectively.Except T1,T2 and T8,other treatments significantly increased the ascorbic acid content of fruit by 5.56%-13.89%,with T6 being the highest,followed by T7.【Conclusion】Twice girdling at 10 d and 80 d after anthesis could provide sufficient nutritional guarantee for the growth and development of'Jinyan'kiwifruit at different key stages,promote the utilization of carbohydrates in fruit,and improve fruit yield and quality.T7 had the best effect on improving quality and increasing yield.
