摘要
该综述探讨了泻心汤类方在慢性胃炎治疗中的现代应用,重点分析了“辛开苦降法”在该疾病治疗中的理论基础与实际效果。该文回顾了辛开苦降法的起源与发展,指出其通过调节胃肠功能、疏通气机、清热解毒缓解胃痛、食欲不振等症状;分析了泻心汤类方在现代临床中的多重作用机制,包括调节肠道菌群、促进胃肠蠕动、修复胃黏膜和根除幽门螺杆菌等。泻心汤类方与抗生素、质子泵抑制剂的联合使用,形成了中西医结合的治疗模式,能通过多方面的调节作用提高疗效。然而,泻心汤类方治疗方案的个体化、循证医学研究的缺乏等问题仍需解决。未来应加强其药理学研究,推动中西医结合治疗的标准化与个性化。
This review explores the modern application of Xiexin decoction formula in the treatment of chronic gastritis,with a focus on analyzing the theoretical basis and practical effects of the“pungent dispersion bitter purgation method”in the treatment of this disease.This article reviews the origin and development of the pungent dispersion bitter purgation method,pointing out that this method can alleviate symptoms such as stomach pain and loss of appetite by regulating gastrointestinal function,dredging qi movement,clearing heat and removing toxicity.This article also analyzes the multiple mechanisms of action of Xiexin decoction formula in modern clinical practice,including regulating gut microbiota,promoting gastrointestinal peristalsis,repairing gastric mucosa,and eradicating Helicobacter pylori.The combination of Xiexin decoction formula with antibiotics and proton pump inhibitors forms the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment model,and can improve the therapeutic effect through various regulation effects.However,issues such as individualized treatment plans using Xiexin decoction formula and lack of evidence-based medicine research still need to be addressed.In the future,pharmacological research should be strengthened to promote standardization and individualization of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment.
