摘要
目的:分析精细化管理模式在麻醉药品和精神药品管理中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1月—2024年12月岑巩县人民医院药剂科的10名医务人员作为研究对象,2023年1—12月实施常规管理模式(实施前),2024年1—12月实施精细化管理模式(实施后)。比较实施前后麻醉药品和精神药品管理质量评分、不良事件发生率。结果:实施后处方核对质量、药品调配质量、药品回收质量、药品储存环境质量评分比实施前高(P<0.001);实施后不良事件发生率比实施前低(P=0.001)。结论:精细化管理模式可有效提高药剂科对麻醉药品和精神药品的管理质量,降低不良事件发生风险。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of refined management mode in the management of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances.Methods:From January 2023 to December 2024,a total of 10 medical staff from the Pharmacy Department of Cengong County People's Hospital were selected as the study subjects.From January to December 2023,the hospital implemented conventional management mode(before implementation).From January to December 2024,the hospital implemented refined management model(after implementation).The management quality scores of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances and the incidence of adverse events were compared before and after the implementation.Results:The scores of prescription check quality,drug dispensing quality,drug recovery quality and drug storage environment quality after the implementation were higher than those before the implementation(P<0.001).The incidence of adverse events after the implementation was lower than that before the implementation(P=0.001).Conclusion:The refined management mode can effectively improve the management quality of pharmacy management for narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances,and reduce the risk of adverse events.
