摘要
目的:分析血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、细胞角蛋白19片段(CYFRA21-1)、癌胚抗原(CEA)及鳞状细胞癌相关抗原(SCC)联合检测在肺癌早期诊断中的效能。方法:将2022年8月—2025年2月常熟市中医院收治的80例肺癌患者纳入研究组,将同期80例肺部良性病变患者纳入对照组。两组均检测血清NSE、CYFRA21-1、CEA、SCC水平。对比两组以及不同肺癌类型患者各项指标水平,分析NSE、CYFRA21-1、CEA、SCC单独检测及联合检测诊断肺癌的效能。结果:研究组血清NSE、CYFRA21-1、CEA、SCC水平高于对照组(P<0.001);非小细胞肺癌组NSE水平低于小细胞肺癌组(P<0.001),CYFRA21-1、CEA、SCC水平高于小细胞肺癌组(P<0.001);联合检测诊断肺癌的灵敏度为97.50%,特异度为70.49%,曲线下面积为0.962。结论:血清NSE、CYFRA21-1、CEA、SCC联合检测在肺癌早期诊断中的效能较好。
Objective:To analyze the efficiency of combined detection of serum neuron-specific enolase(NSE),cytokeratin 19 fragment(CYFRA21-1),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)and squamous cell carcinoma associated antigen(SCC)in the early diagnosis of lung cancer.Methods:A total of 80 patients with lung cancer admitted to Changshu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2022 to February 2025 were included in the study group.During the same period,80 patients with benign pulmonary lesions were included in the control group.The levels of serum NSE,CYFRA21-1,CEA and SCC were detected in both groups.The levels of each index between the two groups and among patients with different types of lung cancer were compared.The efficiency of NSE,CYFRA21-1,CEA,SCC alone and combined detection in the diagnosis of lung cancer was analyzed.Results:The levels of serum NSE,CYFRA21-1,CEA,and SCC in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.001).The NSE level in the non-small cell lung cancer group was lower than that in the small cell lung cancer group(P<0.001),while the levels of CYFRA21-1,CEA,and SCC were higher(P<0.001).The sensitivity,specificity and area under curve of combined detection in the diagnosis of lung cancer were 97.50%,70.49%and 0.962,respectively.Conclusion:The combined detection of serum NSE,CYFRA21-1,CEA and SCC has a good efficiency in the early diagnosis of lung cancer.
