摘要
目的:探讨康复护理对乳腺癌术后患者上肢功能恢复和生活自理能力的影响。方法:选取淮安市第一人民医院2021年1月—2024年1月收治的乳腺癌手术患者82例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组应用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上应用康复护理。对比两组肩关节活动度、生活自理能力、睡眠质量和并发症发生率。结果:干预后,观察组肩关节外展、前屈、外旋、内旋活动度高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,观察组Barthel指数评分高于对照组(P=0.017),匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分低于对照组(P<0.001);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P=0.023)。结论:康复护理有助于提高乳腺癌术后患者的肩关节活动度、生活自理能力,减少并发症发生风险。
Objective:To investigate the effect of rehabilitation nursing on upper limb functional recovery and activities of daily living in breast cancer patients after surgery.Methods:A total of 82 patients with breast cancer after surgery who were admitted to Huaian First People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group.The range of motion of shoulder joint,self-care ability,sleep quality and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the ranges of motion of shoulder joint abduction,forward flexion,external rotation,and internal rotation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the Barthel index score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.017),and the Pittsburgh sleep quality index score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.001).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.023).Conclusion:Rehabilitation nursing helps to improve the range of motion of shoulder joint and self-care ability of patients with breast cancer after surgery,and reduce the risk of complications.
