个体化营养干预在维持性血液透析患者中的应用效果

摘要 目的:评估个体化营养干预在维持性血液透析(MHD)患者中的应用效果。方法:选取徐州市贾汪区人民医院2023年6月—2024年12月收治的MHD患者88例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和联合组,各44例。对照组接受常规营养干预,联合组在对照组基础上进行个体化营养干预。比较两组干预前后营养状况及炎性因子水平。结果:干预后,联合组血清白蛋白、前白蛋白、转铁蛋白水平和微型营养评估简化版量表、主观全面营养评估法评分高于对照组(P<0.001);干预后,联合组C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6和肿瘤坏死因子-α水平低于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:个体化营养干预能有效地改善MHD患者的营养状况,降低炎性因子水平。 Objective:To evaluate the application effect of individualized nutritional intervention in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis(MHD).Methods:A total of 88 patients undergoing MHD in the People's Hospital of Jiawang District of Xuzhou City from June 2023 to December 2024 were selected.They were divided into the control group and the combination group using random number table method,with 44 patients in each group.The control group received conventional nutritional intervention,while the combination group received individualized nutritional intervention on the basis of control group.The nutritional status and levels of inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:After intervention,the levels of serum albumin,prealbumin,and transferrin and the scores of mini-nutritional assessment shortform and subjective global assessment in the combination group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.001).After intervention,the levels of C-reactive protein,interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-αin the combination group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:Individualized nutritional intervention can effectively improve the nutritional status of MHD patients and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors.
