摘要
目的:研究气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者应用针灸联合林氏正骨推拿的效果。方法:以随机数字表法将2023年6月—2025年9月梅州市中医医院收治的60例气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者分为对照组(n=30,常规治疗、针灸治疗)、观察组(n=30,常规治疗、针灸联合林氏正骨推拿治疗)。比较两组治疗效果、疼痛情况以及腰椎功能。结果:与对照组相比,观察组治疗总有效率较高(P=0.044);治疗后,与对照组相比,观察组视觉模拟评分法评分较低(P<0.001);治疗后,与对照组相比,观察组日本骨科学会腰椎功能评分较高(P<0.001)。结论:针灸联合林氏正骨推拿治疗有助于减轻气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者的疼痛症状,提高腰椎功能。
Objective:To investigate the effect of acupuncture combined with Lin's orthopedic massage on patients with lumbar disc herniation of the qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Methods:Using the random number table method,60 patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type lumbar disc herniation admitted to Meizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2023 to September 2025 were divided into the control group(n=30,conventional treatment,acupuncture treatment)and the observation group(n=30,conventional treatment,acupuncture combined with Lin's orthopedic massage treatment).The two groups were compared in terms of therapeutic effect,pain conditions,and lumbar function.Results:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher(P=0.044).After treatment,compared with the control group,the visual analog scale score of the observation group was lower(P<0.001).After treatment,compared with the control group,the Japanese Orthopedic Association lumbar function score of the observation group was higher(P<0.001).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with Lin's orthopedic massage is beneficial in alleviating the pain symptoms of patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type lumbar disc herniation,and improving the function of the lumbar spine.
