摘要
目的:探讨调肝化纤膏联合恩替卡韦治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化的效果。方法:选取2022年4月—2024年4月宾阳县中医医院收治的96例乙型肝炎肝硬化患者,根据随机数字表法分成对照组和试验组,每组48例。对照组采用恩替卡韦治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合调肝化纤膏治疗。比较两组肝功能指标、中医证候积分及治疗效果。结果:治疗前,两组丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶、总胆红素、白蛋白水平比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶、总胆红素水平低于对照组(P<0.001);治疗后,两组白蛋白水平比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗前,两组中医证候积分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组肋部刺痛、腹大坚满、腹部青筋暴露、面色灰暗积分低于对照组(P<0.001)。试验组治疗总有效率比对照组高(P=0.037)。结论:调肝化纤膏联合恩替卡韦治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化的效果显著,可有效改善患者肝功能及中医证候。
Objective:To explore the effects of Tiaogan Huaqian ointment combined with entecavir in treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis.Methods:A total of 96 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis admitted to Binyang County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2022 to April 2024 were selected.According to the random number table method,these patients were divided into control group and experimental group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with entecavir and the experimental group was treated with Tiaogan Huaqian ointment on the basis of control group.The hepatic function indexes,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and treatment effects were compared between two groups.Results:Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,total bilirubin,and albumin levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,and total bilirubin in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).After treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in albumin levels between the two groups(P>0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the experimental group had lower scores than the control group in the scores of costal tingling,distended,firm and full abdomen,venous engorgement on abdomen,and gray complexion(P<0.001).The overall response rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.037).Conclusion:Tiaogan Huaqian ointment combined with entecavir has a significant effect in the treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis,and can effectively improve liver function and traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of patients.
