摘要
目的:探究肠炎宁颗粒联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的效果。方法:选取2023年8月—2025年3月于连云港市妇幼保健院就诊的122例轮状病毒性肠炎患儿,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=61,蒙脱石散治疗)和观察组(n=61,在对照组基础上联合肠炎宁颗粒治疗)。对比两组血清炎性因子水平、肠道菌群计数水平及临床疗效。结果:治疗5 d后,与对照组相比,观察组C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α及白细胞介素-6水平较低(P<0.05);治疗5 d后,与对照组相比,观察组嗜酸乳杆菌及双歧杆菌计数水平较高(P<0.05),大肠埃希菌计数水平较低(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组治疗总有效率较高(P=0.015)。结论:肠炎宁颗粒联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的效果较好,可降低血清炎性因子水平,调节肠道菌群。
Objective:To study the effect of Changyanning granules combined with montmorillonite powder in treatment of pediatric rotavirus enteritis.Methods:A total of 122 children with rotavirus enteritis who visited Lianyungang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from August 2023 to March 2025 were selected.They were divided into a control group(n=61,treated with montmorillonite powder)and an observation group(n=61,treated with Changyanning granules on the basis of control group)using a random number table method.The serum inflammatory factor levels,intestinal flora count,and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Result:After 5 days of treatment,compared with the control group,the levels of C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor-αand interleukin-6 in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).After 5 days of treatment,compared with the control group,the counts of Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium in the observation group were higher(P<0.05),and the count of Escherichia coli was lower(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher(P=0.015).Conclusion:Changyanning granules combined with montmorillonite powder has a good effect in the treatment of pediatric rotavirus enteritis,and can reduce the levels of serum inflammatory factors and regulate intestinal flora.
