摘要
目的:分析腹腔镜辅助阴式手术治疗子宫内膜癌的临床有效性及安全性。方法:选取西安交通大学第二附属医院2022年1月—2024年12月收治的130例子宫内膜癌患者,根据随机数字表法分成参照组和研究组,各65例。参照组实施传统开腹手术,研究组实施腹腔镜辅助阴式手术。比较两组手术指标、生活质量、并发症发生情况。结果:两组手术时间、淋巴结清扫数量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组术中出血量少于参照组(P<0.001),术后视觉模拟评分法评分低于参照组(P<0.001),住院时间短于参照组(P<0.001)。术后1个月,研究组欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织生活质量问卷评分比参照组高(P<0.001)。研究组手术并发症发生率比参照组低(P=0.024)。结论:腹腔镜辅助阴式手术治疗子宫内膜癌的临床有效性及安全性较好,可减少术中出血量,减轻术后疼痛,缩短住院时间,提高患者生活质量,且并发症发生率较低。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effectiveness and safety of laparoscopic assisted vaginal surgery in the treatment of endometrial cancer.Methods:A total of 130 patients with endometrial cancer admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University from January 2022 to December 2024 were selected.They were divided into the reference group and the study group according to the random number table method,with 65 cases in each group.The reference group underwent traditional open surgery,and the study group underwent laparoscopic assisted vaginal surgery.The surgical indicators,quality of life and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the operation time and the number of lymph node dissected between the two groups(P>0.05).The intraoperative blood loss in the study group was less than that in the reference group(P<0.001),the postoperative visual analogue scale score in the study group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.001),and the length of hospital stay in the study group was shorter than that in the reference group(P<0.001).At 1 month after surgery,the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer quality of life questionnaire score in the study group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.001).The incidence of surgical complications in the study group was lower than that in the reference group(P=0.024).Conclusion:Laparoscopic assisted vaginal surgery shows good clinical effectiveness and safety in the treatment of endometrial cancer,and can reduce intraoperative blood loss,relieve postoperative pain,shorten the length of hospital stay,improve the quality of life of patients,and induce a low incidence of complications.
