摘要
云南电网辖区内部分大、中型水电厂机组有功调节过程中存在两个问题:一是大多数机组监控系统仅配置有一套固定的有功调节参数,参数不能很好适应不同水头和不同负荷段下的有功调节品质需求;二是机组有功调节量减小时,调节速率也会相应降低,造成了机组有功调节时间变长,调节性能变差,全厂多台机组同时调节时的影响更为显著。本文通过建模和仿真来分析上述问题,提出了一套基于最小二乘法拟合脉宽指令计算的有功调节优化方案,通过仿真测试了优化方案的有效性;并以某水电厂作为试点,通过实装和测试验证了优化方案对AGC有功调节性能具有改善作用。
In the process of active power regulation of some large and medium-sized hydropower plants in the Yunnan Power Grid,there are two problems:Firstly,most control systems of the generating units have only a set of fixed active power regulation parameters,which can’t well adapt to the requirements of active power regulation quality under different water heads and different load segments.Secondly,when the active power regulation amount of the generating unit decreases,the regulation rate will also decrease accordingly,resulting in a longer active power regulation time and poorer regulation performance of the generating unit.The influence is more significant when multiple generating units in the hydropower plant are regulated simultaneously.This paper analyzes the above problems through modeling and simulation,and proposes a set of active power regulation optimization schemes based on the least square method for fitting pulse width instruction calculation.The effectiveness of the optimization scheme is tested through simulation.Taking a certain hydropower plant as a pilot,it was verified through implementation and testing that the optimized scheme has an improving effect on the active power regulation performance of AGC.
