摘要
有机磷农药的广泛使用导致其在食品与环境中的残留问题日益严重,威胁人类健康。电化学传感器因具有快速响应、高灵敏度、低成本及操作简便等优势,在有机磷农药快速检测中显示出良好的应用前景。系统综述了电化学传感器在有机磷农药检测中的分类、原理、性能特点及应用现状,重点比较了电化学生物传感器、有机物传感器和无机物传感器的优缺点。同时,针对当前研究中存在的识别元件稳定性不足、抗干扰能力有限以及现场适应性不高等问题,提出了开发新型仿生识别材料、优化信号放大策略、集成便携检测系统等发展方向,为推动电化学传感器在有机磷农药残留检测中的实际应用提供参考。
The widespread application of organophosphorus pesticides(OPs)has resulted in their concerning accumulation in food and environmental matrices,threatening human health and ecosystem safety.Electrochemical sensors have emerged as a promising tool for rapid OPs detection owing to their high sensitivity,rapid response,cost-effectiveness,and operational simplicity.This review systematically summarizes recent advances in electrochemical sensors for OPs,including their working principles,classification(biosensors,organic and inorganic sensors),and performance evaluation.A comparative analysis of different sensor types is presented,highlighting their respective advantages and limitations.Major challenges such as insufficient stability of biorecognition elements,susceptibility to interfering substances,and limited field applicability are discussed.To address these issues,prospective research directions are proposed,focusing on the development of novel biomimetic receptors,advanced signal amplification strategies,miniaturized sensing platforms,and integrated portable systems.This work aims to provide insightful guidance for future research and facilitate the practical deployment of electrochemical sensors in OPs monitoring.
