摘要
为对龙泉煤矿4301工作面底板承压水进行有效注浆治理加固,通过分析工作面煤层顶底板含水层和富水性情况,确定主要断层补给通道和充水水源,利用正交试验方法,在试验室条件下将黏土和水泥材料按照1∶1、2∶1、3∶1、4∶1等水固比进行调配,得到的结晶样本形成过程中凝固时间、单轴抗压强度等物理参数,经过综合对比分析,确定水固比为1∶1,黏土掺入量为67%的合理配比,14 d养护抗压强度达到2.25 MPa,试验结果为承压水的注浆加固的实施提供可靠依据。
In order to effectively carry out grouting treatment and reinforcement of the confined water in the bottom plate of the 4301 working face of Longquan Coal Mine,by analyzing the aquifer and waterabundance conditions of the top and bottom plates of the coal seam in the working face,the main fault replenishment channels and water filling sources were determined.Using the orthogonal test method,under the laboratory conditions,the clay and cement materials were mixed in water-solid ratios of 1:1,2:1,3:1,4:1,etc.The physical parameters such as solidification time and uniaxial compressive strength of the obtained crystalline samples during the formation process were comprehensively compared and analyzed.A reasonable ratio of water-solid ratio of 1:1 and clay incorporation of 67%was determined.The compressive strength after 14 days curing reached 2.25 MPa.The test results provide a reliable basis for the implementation of grouting reinforcement with confined water.
