摘要
为解决汽车煤机械化采样采不到底的难题,设计了汽车煤触底全深度采样系统。该系统在电气控制单元的控制下,通过多传感器信息融合实现触底全深度采样,并自动完成在线制样。在某电厂进行了触底全深度采样系统的实践,并进行了采样深度的核验,核验结果:10辆车底板触底位置与车底板实际高度间最大偏差为2 mm,10辆车平均偏差为0.2 mm,符合要求。对触底全深度采样系统开展了精密度和偏倚试验研究,研究结论:采样精密度符合要求;干基灰分偏倚区间-0.072%~0.234%,全水分偏倚区间-0.204%~0.070%,全水分和干基灰分的偏倚置信区间均在可接受的偏倚范围内,触底全深度采样系统不存在偏倚。
To solove the problem of incomplete mechanized sampling and mining of coal for automobiles,designed full depth sampling system for automotive coal bottom contact.Under the control of the electrical control unit,this system achieved full depth sampling of the bottom through multi-sensor information fusion and automatically completes online sample preparation.The practice of full depth sampling system for bottom contact was carried out in a certain power plant,and the sampling depth was verified.The verification results showed that the maximum error between the bottom contact position of 10 vehicles and the height measurement of the vehicle bottom time was 2 mm,with an average deviation of 0.2 mm,which meet the requirements.Experimental study on precision and bias of the bottom full depth sampling system was carried out,and the conclusions were as follow:the sampling precision meet the requirements.The bias interval for dry ash was-0.072%to 0.234%,and the bias interval for total moisture was-0.204%to 0.070%.The confidence intervals of dry basis ash and total moisture bias were within the acceptable bias range.There was no sampling bias in the bottom depth sampling system.
