矿用减速器模拟生产工况动态加载试验工艺研究

Research on dynamic loading test process of mining reducer simulating production conditions

摘要 为获取矿用减速器再制造后的动态加载性能参数,采用1∶1还原的方式,在试验台上模拟减速器在整机安装状态下的工作状态。通过对减速器实际工作条件的调研,提出了一套针对性的加载试验工艺方案。经对再制造的矿用减速器进行加载试验,获得其动态加载的试验参数。分析结果表明,该参数与设计理论值趋于一致,验证了所提出的加载试验工艺更符合减速器的实际使用情况。该研究为矿用减速器的再制造及性能评估提供了重要的实验依据和理论支持。 To obtain the dynamic loading performance parameters of the remanufactured mining reducer,a 1:1 restoration method was used to simulate the working state of the reducer in the installed state on the test bench.A targeted loading test process plan was proposed through research on the actual working conditions of the reducer.Through loading tests on remanufactured mining reducers,the dynamic loading test parameters were obtained.The analysis results indicate that the parameter tends to be consistent with the design theoretical value,verifying that the proposed loading test process is more in line with the actual use of the reducer.This study provides important experimental basis and theoretical support for the remanufacturing and performance evaluation of mining reducers.
