摘要
本研究聚焦于解决工频耐压检验时检测效率低、安全性差等难题,设计出一种电气件工频交流耐压绝缘检测时用到的机械工装。包括检测治具,所述检测治具包括底板、立柱、滑台、丝杠螺母机构、高压绝缘板和探针。此装置通过工控计算机对检测治具进行控制和加压,进而完成对被测元器件的自动化检测,并且检测全程使用闭环控制系统。此装置显著提升了耐压测试的自动化水平与安全性,具备重要的科研价值与广泛的应用前景。
This study focuses on solving the problems of low detection efficiency and poor safety in industrial frequency withstand voltage testing,and designs a mechanical fixture used in industrial frequency withstand voltage insulation detection of electrical components.It includes a detection fixture,which includes a base plate,a column,a slide table,a screw nut mechanism,a high voltage insulator and a probe.The apparatus operates via an industrial control computer which governs the test fixture and administers the applied pressure/voltage,facilitating the subsequent automated evaluation of the unit under test,utilizing a closed-loop control system throughout the entire process.It significantly enhances the automation level and safety of withstand voltage tests,demonstrating substantial research value and broad application prospects.
