摘要
sRNA(small non-coding RNA)是一类广泛存在于真核和原核生物中,长度为50~500nt的非编码小RNA。随着研究技术的发展,越来越多sRNA及其功能正逐步被阐述。sRNA广泛参与调节铁稳态、代谢反应、应激反应等多种途径来调节细菌感染免疫反应。该综述拟针对近期国内外研究热点,对细菌sRNA在感染免疫中的作用机制研究进展进行概述。
sRNA(small non-coding RNA)is a class of small non-coding RNAs with a length of 50-500 nt,which are widely found in eukaryotes and prokaryotes.With the development of research technology,more sRNAs and their functions are gradually being elaborated.sRNAs are widely involved in the regulation of iron homeostasis,metabolic response,stress response,and other pathways to regulate the immune response to bacterial infection.This review aims to provide an overview of the research progress on the mechanism of bacte-rial sRNAs in immunity to infection in light of recent domestic and international research hotspots.
