摘要
针对滚动直线导轨副中钢球在过渡区内从直线运动转换为曲线运动时易出现速度突变,进而引起振动和噪声的问题,提出在反向器回球曲线的承载沟道及直线回程道设计一段过渡直线辅助换向,推导了滚动直线导轨副反向器过渡直线长度的计算方法,并以2种型号的滚动直线导轨副为例进行验证,滚动直线导轨副反向器过渡直线长度实测值和理论值误差均在2%以内,证明了理论计算的正确性。
In response to the problem of sudden velocity changes of steel balls in linear rolling guide pairs during transition from linear motion to curved motion in transition zone,which can cause vibration and noise,a transitional straight section is proposed to be designed in load raceway of ball return curve and linear return passage of reverser to facilitate directional transition.The calculation method for transition straight section length of reverser in linear rolling guide pairs is derived,and two types of linear rolling guide pairs are used as examples for verification.The measured and theoretical errors of transition straight section length of reverser in linear rolling guide pairs are both within 2%,proving the correctness of theoretical calculation.
