多服务站的GEO空间在轨服务网络作业调度方法

摘要 针对基于多服务站的地球同步轨道在轨服务网络作业调度问题,本文提出一种基于多服务站的分层调度优化框架,该框架适应大规模需求,具有高度通用性和灵活性的特点.基于该框架,本文设计了一种改进模因算法,以实现燃耗与时间惩罚总成本最小化为目标,建立了考虑载荷、时间窗口、J2摄动和任务优先级等多种约束条件的优化模型.试验以3个服务站、3个服务航天器和15个目标航天器的网络为例,对在轨加注和空间碎片清除两种典型任务场景进行仿真,仿真结果验证了所提分层调度优化框架与改进模因算法的有效性与高效性.进一步分析表明,服务资源的初始空间布局对调度方案质量影响显著;在考虑时间成本的任务中,增加服务航天器数量比单纯增加服务站更有效. To address the operational scheduling problem for on-orbit service networks in geostationary Earth orbit(GEO)based on multiple service stations,this paper proposes a hierarchical scheduling optimization framework.This framework is designed to accommodate large-scale demands and offers a high degree of generality and flexibility.Based on this framework,an improved memetic algorithm(IMA)is designed to minimize the total cost of fuel consumption and time penalties.An optimization model is established,considering multiple constraints such as payload capacity,time windows,J2 perturbation,and task priorities.Experiments are conducted on a network consisting of three service stations,three service spacecrafts,and fifteen target spacecrafts,covering two typical mission scenarios:on-orbit refueling and space debris removal.The simulation results validate the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed hierarchical scheduling optimization framework and the IMA.Further analysis indicates that the initial spatial distribution of service resources significantly impacts the quality of the scheduling solution.In tasks where time cost is a critical factor,increasing the number of service spacecraft is more effective than merely increasing the number of service stations.
