摘要
随着我国城市更新进入高质量发展阶段,老旧小区住宅建筑作为城市空间的重要组成部分,其保护与利用成为平衡城市发展与历史传承的关键议题。本文以城市更新政策导向为背景,结合理论及数据,系统探讨老旧小区住宅建筑保护的必要性,剖析当前面临的问题,并针对性提出策略。研究表明,老旧小区住宅建筑保护是传承城市文脉、保障居民权益的必然选择,为地方政府推进城市更新提供理论参考与实践路径。
As China's urban renewal enters a stage of high-quality development,residential buildings in old residential areas,as an important component of urban space,have made their protection and utiliza tion a key issue in balancing urban development and historical inheritance.Against the backdrop of urban renewal policy orientation,this paper systematically explores the necessity of protecting residential buildings in old residential areas,analyzes the current problems,and proposes targeted strategies by integrating theory and data.The research shows that the protection of residential buildings in old residential areas is an inevitable choice for inheriting the urban cultural context and safeguarding the rights and interests of residents,providing theoretical reference and practical paths for local governments to promote urban renewal.
