摘要
近年来,历史文化街区的保护越来越受到重视。为充分发挥历史文化街区的使用价值,本文以城市更新为出发点,分析了历史街区的价值特色,研究在保护街区整体格局和风貌的前提下进行创新性的更新改造,对不同类型的建筑进行分类保护更新,修复更新历史文化街区,赋予历史建筑当代功能,不断提升历史文化街区的宜居性,促进地区经济活力。
In recent years,the preservation of historical and cultural districts has received increasing at tention.To fully realize the utilization value of these districts,this study,from the perspective of urban renewal,analyzes their value and characteristics.It investigates innovative renewal approaches under the premise of protecting the overall layout and historical character of the districts.The research involves categorized protection and renewal strategies for different types of buildings,the rehabilitation and revitalization of the historical and cultural districts,and the endowing of contemporary functions to historical buildings.These efforts aim to continuously enhance the livability of historical and cultural districts and promote regional economic vitality.
