摘要
目的提取并汇总国内外主动脉夹层患者出院准备服务的相关证据,为临床实践提供循证依据。方法依据循证模型构建循证问题,按照证据资源"6S"模型系统检索PubMed、中国知网等相关网站和国内外数据库中与主动脉夹层患者出院准备服务相关的文献,包括指南、专家共识、证据总结、系统评价、最佳临床实践等,检索时间为建库至2024年10月20日,由2名研究者对纳入文献进行质量评价、证据提取和汇总。结果最终纳入文献23篇,包括临床决策1篇、指南10篇、专家共识11篇、系统评价1篇。最终形成了30条证据,包括评估与筛选、住院指导、出院时指导、出院后追踪评价4个类别。结论该研究汇总了主动脉夹层患者出院准备服务的相关证据,实践中应当积极结合实情开展临床转化,从而有效改善患者的临床结局。
Objective To extract and summarise the evidence related to discharge preparation services for patients with aortic dissection at home and abroad,so as to provide an evidence-based basis for clinical practice.Methods Evidence-based questions were constructed based on the evidence model,and literature related to discharge preparation services for patients with aortic dissection was systematically searched from relevant websites and domestic and international databases such as PubMed and CNKI etc.according to the"6S"model of evidence resources,including guidelines,expert consensus,evidence summaries,systematic reviews,and best clinical practices,etc.The search period was from the establishment of the database to 20 October 2024.Two researchers evaluated the quality of the included studies and performed evidence extraction and synthesis.Results Twenty-three articles were finally included in the literature,including 1 article on clinical decision-making,10 articles on guidelines,11 articles on expert consensus,and 1 article on systematic review,resulting in 30 pieces of evidence in 4 categories:assessment and screening,guidance during hospitalisation,guidance at discharge,and post-discharge follow-up evaluation.Conclusions This study summarised the evidence on discharge preparation services for patients with aortic dissection,which should be actively integrated into practice for clinical translation,thus effectively improving clinical outcomes for patients.
