摘要
尽管传统心血管外科手术是部分先天性心脏病或获得性心血管疾病的首选治疗方式,但因其创伤大,围手术期护理面临挑战。随着微创技术的发展和融合化理念的提出,心血管外科正逐渐向微创外科、融合外科转变。临床护理工作亟需顺应临床治疗手段的转变,形成与之相适应的护理体系。本文回顾心血管外科护理发展历程,分析现状及挑战,并对该领域后续发展方向进行思考与展望,旨在提高我国心血管外科临床护理工作质量,确保临床护理安全。
Traditional cardiovascular surgery involves large trauma and slow recovery,and perioperative nursing faces significant challenges.With the development of minimally invasive techniques and the concept of integration in cardiovascular surgery,the field is gradually transitioning toward minimally invasive and integrated surgical models.Clinical nursing work must adapt to these treatment changes and establish a nursing system in line with them.This article reviews the development of cardiovascular surgery nursing,analyzes current status and challenges,and contemplates future directions for the field,with the aim of improving the quality of clinical nursing in cardiovascular surgery in China and ensuring nursing safety.
