“双碳”背景下固体氧化物燃料电池技术研究进展

摘要 目的 在“双碳”目标背景下,全面评估固体氧化物燃料电池(solid oxide fuel cell,SOFC)技术的发展现状,梳理中国在该领域的技术路线。方法 通过对比分析氧离子传导型和质子传导型SOFC的工作原理,系统研究了电解质、阳极和阴极材料体系的特性。结合国际典型商业化案例,对技术成熟度与应用可行性进行了综合评估。结果 研究表明,中国在关键电极材料的研发方面取得重要进展,但在系统集成技术、产业配套与产业应用等方面与国际先进水平仍存在差距。SOFC在分布式发电和船舶动力等领域已实现示范应用,展现出显著的燃料适应性和环保优势。结论 未来需要重点突破电极材料改性、系统集成创新、全产业链协同发展等关键环节,推动SOFC向更高效、更稳定的方向发展,加快其在能源转型中的规模化应用进程。 Objective The aims are to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of solid oxide fuel cell(SOFC)technology development under the dual carbon goals,and clarify China's technological roadmap in this field.Method By comparatively analyzing the working principles of oxygen-ion conducting and proton-conducting SOFC,this study systematically investigated the characteristics of electrolyte,anode and cathode material systems.International typical commercialization cases were incorporated to assess technology maturity and application feasibility.Result The research indicated that China has made significant progress in the research and development of key electrode materials,but there is a gap compared to internationally advanced levels in system integration technologies,industrial supporting capacity,and industrial applications.SOFC has achieved demonstration applications in the fields of distributed generation and ship power,showing significant fuel adaptability and environmental advantages.Conclusion Future development should focus on key breakthroughs in electrode material modification,system integration innovation and whole industrial chain collaboration.These advancements will drive SOFC toward higher efficiency and reliability,accelerating their large-scale application in energy transition.
