水泥稳定再生碎石力学性能及耐久性

摘要 为促进再生集料在水泥稳定碎石基层中的高值化应用,探究了再生集料粒径与掺量对水泥稳定再生碎石力学强度的演变规律,推荐了最佳粒径及掺量;在此基础上,借助冻融循环、抗冲刷及疲劳试验,评价了水泥稳定再生碎石耐久性能。结果表明,不同粒径再生集料对水泥稳定再生碎石力学强度影响各异,2.36~4.75 mm粒径再生集料制备的试件力学强度达标、各龄期性能稳定,应用效果最优。该粒径下,随着再生集料掺量增加,无侧限抗压强度先增大后减小,劈裂强度逐渐增大;综合二者平衡,推荐掺量为30%。在“2.36~4.75 mm+30%掺量”组合下,水泥稳定再生碎石经冻融循环5、10、15次后抗压强度比分别为92%、87%、78%,冲刷质量损失是普通水泥稳定碎石的1.26倍,疲劳寿命则是普通水泥稳定碎石的73.58%~88.12%。 To promote the high-value application of recycled aggregate in cement-stabilized macadam bases,the evolution laws of particle size and content of recycled aggregate on the mechanical strength of cement-stabilized recycled macadam were explored,and the optimal particle size and content were recommended.On this basis,the durability performance of cement-stabilized recycled macadam was evaluated by means of freeze-thaw cycles,scouring resistance,and fatigue tests.The results show that recycled aggregates of different particle sizes have different effects on the mechanical strength of cement-stabilized recycled macadam.The specimens prepared from recycled aggregates with particle sizes ranging from 2.36-4.75 mm meet the mechanical strength standards,have stable performance at all ages,and have the best application effect.At this particle size,as the content of recycled aggregate increases,the unconfined compressive strength first increases and then decreases,while the splitting strength gradually rises;considering the balance between these two strengths,the recommended content is 30%.Under the combination of“2.36-4.75 mm particle size+30%content”,the compressive strength ratios of cement-stabilized recycled macadam after 5,10,and 15 freeze-thaw cycles are 92%,87%,and 78%respectively.Its scouring mass loss is 1.26 times that of ordinary cement-stabilized macadam,and its fatigue life ranges from 73.58%to 88.12%of that of ordinary cement-stabilized macadam.
