摘要
随着高校信息化建设的深入推进,校园网络承载的业务日益多样化,带宽资源竞争激烈,网络延迟与拥塞问题逐渐凸显,严重影响关键业务的服务质量。本文以连云港职业技术学院校园网为研究对象,针对其网络资源分配不均、关键业务体验无法保障等问题,设计并实施了一套基于现有硬件平台的轻量级QoS策略优化方案。该方案通过业务分级、优先级调度与流量整形,构建了高、中、低三级服务模型,并采用加权公平队列(WFQ)算法实现动态带宽分配。在核心与汇聚交换机中部署策略后,结合Zabbix监控系统与自动化脚本,实现了网络性能的可视化与持续优化。实验结果表明,优化后校园网络的平均延迟由55 ms降至8 ms,下降约85%;丢包率从3.2%降至2.0%,降幅达37%;教务系统响应时间缩短57%,链路峰值利用率由93%下降至72%。研究验证了在不增加硬件投入的前提下,通过合理配置QoS策略可以显著提升网络性能,并为中小型高校提供了可复制、低成本的网络优化路径。最后,本文对智能化运维、安全策略协同及行业推广等方面提出了进一步展望。
With the deepening of informatization construction in colleges and universities,campus networks are undertaking increasingly diverse and bandwidth-intensive services.The problem of resource competition and network congestion has become more severe,seriously affecting the quality of key services.Taking the campus network of Lianyungang Vocational and Technical College as an example,this paper studies how to enhance network performance through QoS(Quality of Service)strategies.A lightweight QoS optimization scheme suitable for the current situation was designed.The plan classifies services by importance,prioritizes critical services,and performs traffic shaping and flow control.High-,medium-,and low-level business models were constructed,combined with the Weighted Fair Queueing(WFQ)algorithm,and configured on Huawei switches in the core and aggregation layers.By integrating the Zabbix monitoring system and automated scripts,the networks QoS performance was visualized and continuously improved.The experimental results show that,after optimization,the average delay of the campus network decreased from 55 ms to 8 ms,a reduction of 85%;packet loss dropped from 3.2%to 2.0%,a reduction of 37%;and the response time of key services was shortened by 57%.The link peak utilization rate decreased from 93%to 72%.The optimized system remained stable and met the needs of daily teaching and office work.This small-scale pilot proved feasible and effective,providing a low-cost optimization reference for similar networks.Finally,this paper also discusses future research directions such as network automation and security collaboration.
