摘要
热泵烤房的性能与设备参数和建造型式密切相关。通过对比10座不同设备参数和建造型式的热泵烤房的烘烤质量和烘烤能耗,总结得到热泵烤房设备与建造最优参数:热泵烤房设备和建设最优参数:热风循环方式为开式,压缩机采用定频2×7匹,蒸发器面积100 m^(2),冷凝器面积不小于120 m^(2)。随后按照优化后的参数建造标准热泵烤房,并将其烘烤质量和烘烤能耗与未优化的热泵烤房进行对比,发现标准热泵烤房的烤后烟叶品质提高,热泵系统能效比增大,能耗和烘烤成本降低。新建和改建标准热泵烤房的烘烤成本分别为1.24元/kg和2.18元/kg。
The performance of heat pump curing barns is influenced by equipment parameters and construction types.By comparing the curing quality and energy consumption of 10 heat pump curing barns with different equipment parameters and construction types,the optimal parameters for heat pump curing barn equipment and construction were summarized as follows:open-type hot air circulation mode,fixed-frequency 2×7 HP compressors,an evaporator area of 100 m^(2),and a condenser area of not less than 120 m^(2).Subsequently,standard heat pump curing barns were constructed according to the optimized parameters,and their curing quality and energy consumption were compared with those of unoptimized heat pump curing barns.The results showed that the standard heat pump curing barns exhibited improved quality of cured tobacco leaves,a higher coefficient of performance,as well as reduced energy consumption and curing costs.The curing costs of newly built and renovated standard heat pump curing barns were 1.24 yuan/kg and 2.18 yuan/kg,respectively.
