摘要
随着退伍复学学生群体规模扩大,其在校园适应中面临身份转换、学业衔接等多重挑战。本文以高职院校退伍复学学生为研究对象,聚焦“一站式”公寓管理场景,通过分析该群体在自我管理中的现状与困境,探究问题成因,并提出“台账化管理-平台搭建-红色文化传承”的实践方案,旨在充分激活退伍复学学生的纪律性、责任感与团队协作优势,为提升“一站式”公寓管理效能、强化学生自我管理能力提供实践参考。
With the growing number of veteran college students,they face multiple challenges in campus adaptation,such as identity transition and academic continuity.This study focuses on veteran college students in vocational colleges,concentrating on the"one-stop"dormitory management scenario.By analyzing the current situation and difficulties in their self-management,the research explores the causes of these issues and proposes a practical solution of"Ledger management、Platform construction、Red culture inheritance".The aim is to fully leverage the discipline,sense of responsibility,and teamwork strengths of veteran college students,providing practical insights for enhancing"one-stop"dormitory management efficiency and strengthening students̓self-management capabilities.
