互联网+时代下辅导员提升大学生反诈骗能力研究

摘要 在互联网技术深度渗透社会生活的背景下,电信网络诈骗手段加速迭代,呈现出技术伪装强、情感诱导深、场景融合度高等特征,大学生群体因社会经验不足、信息甄别能力弱及对新技术盲目信任,逐渐成为受骗“重灾区”。辅导员作为高校学生思想政治教育与日常管理的核心力量,在大学生反诈骗教育中承担着重要职责,但其当前工作存在教育内容滞后于诈骗技术发展、方法单一依赖传统说教、协同机制未有效建立等现实困境。基于此,研究提出辅导员提升大学生反诈骗能力的三维路径:一是构建“认知—能力—意识”目标体系,系统培养学生的风险识别、决策与应急能力;二是创新“技术赋能+精准干预”方法,运用新媒体情景短剧、反诈大数据预警平台、游戏化学习小程序等技术工具,并针对不同年级/场景实施差异化教育;三是强化“辅导员主导—多方协同”支持体系,联动公安反诈中心、保卫处、家长及思政课程教师,形成“数据共享-联合演练-家庭沟通”的闭环防护网络。助力降低大学生群体受骗风险,护航其健康成长。 Against the backdrop of the deep penetration of Internet technology into social life,the means of telecommunications network fraud are accelerating their evolution,characterized by strong technical disguise,deep emotional manipulation,and high integration with various scenarios.College students,due to their lack of social experience,weak information discrimination ability,and blind trust in new technologies,have gradually become a"high-risk area"for fraud.As the core force in ideological and political education and daily management of college students,counselors play a crucial role in anti-fraud education for college students.However,their current work faces practical challenges such as lagging educational content behind the development of fraud techniques,relying solely on traditional preaching methods,and the ineffective establishment of a collaborative mechanism.Based on this,the study proposes a three-dimensional path for counselors to enhance college students̓anti-fraud capabilities:First,establish a"cognition-capability-awareness"goal system to systematically cultivate students̓risk identification,decision-making,and emergency response abilities.Second,innovate the"technology empowerment+precise intervention"approach by utilizing new media situational short dramas,anti-fraud big data early warning platforms,and game-based learning mini-programs,and implement differentiated education based on different grades and scenarios.Third,strengthen the"counselor-led-multi-party collaboration"support system by coordinating with the anti-fraud center of the public security department,the security office,parents,and ideological and political education teachers to form a closed-loop protection network of"data sharing-joint drills-family communication".This will help reduce the risk of fraud for college students and safeguard their healthy growth.
