摘要
[目的]筛选出适于草莓炭疽病防控的复配药剂。[方法]采用生长速率法测试溴菌腈、吡啶硫酮盐及其复配物对草莓炭疽病菌的室内生物活性,并验证最佳配比的田间药效。[结果]溴菌腈和吡啶硫酮钠、锌和铜盐复配比分别为9∶1、3∶7和1∶9时具有较好的增效作用,以此制备的25%可湿性粉剂在中、高剂量下对草莓炭疽病的田间防效均显著优于单剂,7、14 d防效分别达到70.20%~83.44%和81.37%~89.68%。[结论]溴菌腈和吡啶硫酮盐复配可应用于田间防控草莓炭疽病。
[Aims]This study aims to screen optimal combinations of fungicides for strawberry anthracnose.[Methods]The mycelial growth rate method was used to investigate the in vitro bioactivity of bromothalonil,pyrithione salts and their combinations against Colletotrichum fragariae,and the field efficacy of the combinations with optimal ratio was validated.[Results]The optimal synergistic ratios for bromothalonil combined with sodium pyrithione,zinc pyrithione and copper pyrithione were determined to be 9:1,3:7 and 1:9,respectively.The prepared 25%wettable powder at medium and high doses had significantly better field control efficacy against strawberry anthracnose than their individual formulations.The control efficacy reached 70.20%-83.44%at 7 d and 81.37%-89.68%at 14 d.[Conclusions]The compositions of bromothalonil and pyrithione salts can be used to control strawberry anthracnose in the field.
