摘要
柔性光伏支架凭借诸多优势而在工程中得到广泛应用,对于支架拉索的张力与线形计算,现有研究一般将光伏组件对拉索的荷载等效为均布荷载。而未能充分考虑光伏组件与抗风装置对拉索的集中荷载。针对这一问题,本文根据集中荷载作用下的拉索线形为分段悬链线将其划分为若干个索段,并结合光伏支架拉索垂度较小这一特点,提出了通过索段间位移与转角关系解析计算拉索张力与线形的方法,并通过与现有研究成果的对比验证了计算精度。针对该方法在柔性光伏支架工程实例中的应用展开研究,并对一系列工程问题进行理论计算与数值仿真,计算结果表明:对于不同支架结构与工况组合,本方法均能得到拉索张力与线形精度较高的结果。研究成果可为复杂荷载条件下的小垂度索结构设计提供理论依据。
Flexible photovoltaic supports were widely used in engineering due to their numerous advantages.For the calculation of cable tension and configuration in these supports,existing studies typically simplified the load exerted by photovoltaic modules on the cables as a uniformly distributed load,without fully accounting for the concentrated loads induced by the photovoltaic modules and wind-resistant devices.To address this issue,this paper divided the cable under concentrated loads into multiple segments by modeling its profile as a segmented catenary.Considering the small sag characteristic of photovoltaic support cables,a method was proposed for analytically calculating the cable tension and configuration based on the relationships of displacements and angles between segments.The accuracy of the proposed method was validated by comparison with existing research results.Furthermore,the application of this method in engineering cases involving flexible photovoltaic supports was investigated,and a series of theoretical calculations and numerical simulations were conducted to address engineering challenges.The results demonstrated that,for various combinations of support structures and operating conditions,the proposed method achieved high accuracy in determining cable tension and configuration.The research findings can provide a theoretical basis for the design of small-sag cable structures under complex loading conditions.
