摘要
京津冀地区重工业的快速发展与产业扩张对区域社会经济的可持续性构成威胁,同时加剧了资源与环境负担。因此,亟需采取有效措施,减轻负担,推动区域经济向绿色、低碳方向转型,确保长期可持续发展。本研究基于SDGSAT-1 TIS夜间热红外数据和Landsat 8/9 OLI数据,提取多元工业热源特征,并结合支持向量机(Support Vector Machine, SVM)算法构建工业热源生产区域识别模型,通过对京津冀城市群的中分辨率工业热源对象进行识别,共识别到793个潜在的工业热源目标,通过叠加Google Earth影像和POI(Point of Interest)数据并对识别结果进行人工目视核验,最终确认了其中748个为真实的工业热源,识别准确率为94.32%。748个真实工业热源对象被划分为水泥厂(60个)、钢铁厂(130个)、煤化类(30个)、油气开发类(121个)、热电厂(53个)和其他类(354个),形成京津冀地区中分辨率工业热源数据集。与现有公开的工业热源数据集相比,本研究在识别数量、精细度和空间覆盖率上均有显著提升。本数据集提供了工业热源数据的所属行政区、占地面积、厂矿名称、类别代号等信息。本数据为该区域产业结构优化、能源管理和资源高效利用提供了重要的科学依据。
The rapid development of heavy industry and industrial expansion in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region pose significant challenges to the sustainable development of the regional socio-economic system,while simultaneously intensifying pressures on resources and the environment.Therefore,it is imperative to adopt effective measures to alleviate these pressures,promote a transition toward a green and low-carbon economy,and ensure long-term sustainable development.This study utilized SDGSAT-1 TIS nighttime thermal infrared data and Landsat 8/9 OLI data to extract features of multiple industrial heat sources.A Support Vector Machine(SVM)algorithm was employed to construct a model for identifying industrial heat source production areas.Applying this model to the medium-resolution industrial heat source objects in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration resulted in the identification of 793 potential industrial heat source targets.By overlaying Google Earth imagery and Point of Interest(POI)data,followed by manual visual verification,748 targets were confirmed as actual industrial heat sources,yielding an identification accuracy of 94.32%.These confirmed industrial heat source objects were further classified into six categories:cement plants(60),steel plants(130),coal chemical plants(30),oil and gas development plants(121),thermal power plants(53),and other types(354).Based on these results,a medium-resolution industrial heat source dataset for the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region was established.Compared with existing publicly available industrial heat source datasets,this study shows substantial improvements in identification quantity,and spatial coverage.The dataset provides key attributes for each industrial heat source,including administrative region,land area,factory/mining name,category code,etc.This dataset provides essential scientific support for regional industrial structure optimization,energy management,and the efficient resource utilization in the region.
