摘要
基于中国科学院普定喀斯特生态系统观测研究站(简称“普定站”)对黔中高原面陈旗小流域内地下水、地表水的物理化学性质长期定点监测,集成了2016–2022年的水环境特征数据集。本数据集涉及陈旗小流域内的5个监测点,分别是小流域中部的三个地下井(1号、3号和5号井)、小流域地表水总出口及地下水总出口;2016年每季度采样,其余年份则是逐月采样,采集样品时间均为每月中旬;数据包含反映水环境的水温、pH、钙离子、镁离子、钾离子、钠离子、碳酸根离子、重碳酸根离子、氯化物、硫酸根离子、磷酸根离子、硝酸根离子、矿化度、化学需氧量、溶解氧、总氮、总磷、电导率、溶解性有机碳等19个理化特征指标。监测样点布设、采集水样过程、实验室分析和数据分析均遵照中国生态系统研究网络(CERN)和国家科技基础平台要求的规范和标准进行,数据质量可靠,并与网络其他野外台站同类数据具有可比性。这些数据为流域水文地球化学研究提供支持,揭示自然动态变化与人类活动影响,助力水质分析、污染源追踪、物质迁移研究、水资源趋势模拟及生态健康监测,为流域管理与保护提供科学依据。
Based on the long-term fixed-site monitoring of the physicochemical characteristics of groundwater and surface water in the Chenqi Basin by Puding Karst Ecosystem Research Station(Puding Station),a dataset water environmental characteristics from 2016 to 2022 has been compiled.This dataset includes five monitoring sites within the Chenqi Basin:three underground wells(Wells No.1,3,and 5)in the central part of the small watershed,as well as the surface water outlets and groundwater outlets.Sampling was conducted quarterly in 2016 and monthly in all other years,with all sample collections consistently performed during the middle ten days of each month.The data includes 19 physicochemical indicators that reflect the water environment:water temperature,pH,calcium ions,magnesium ions,potassium ions,sodium ions,carbonate ions,bicarbonate ions,chloride,sulfate ions,phosphate ions,nitrate ions,mineralization,chemical oxygen demand,dissolved oxygen,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,conductivity,and dissolved organic carbon.The setup of monitoring points,water sampling process,laboratory analysis,and data analysis all follow the protocols and standards required by the Chinese Ecosystem Research Network(CERN)and the National Science and Technology Infrastructure,ensuring high and comparable data quality consistent with other CERN field stations.These data provide critical support for hydrological and geochemical studies of watersheds,elucidating natural dynamic changes and the impacts of anthropogenic activities.They facilitate comprehensive analyses of water quality,enable the tracing of pollution sources,advance the study of material transport,aid in the simulation of water resource trends,and monitor ecological health.Consequently,these datasets serve as a robust scientific foundation for the management and protection of watersheds.
