摘要
生活垃圾转运站作为居民日常生活垃圾处理的重要场所,对城市环境维护具有重要意义,作为半永久性民生工程,其选址显得尤为重要。某县拟建生活垃圾及建筑装潢垃圾处理设施选址在兼顾环境、地段等因素情况下位于地质灾害中易发区域,对工程建设存在一定的不良影响。为识别和预测工程建设项目可能引发或遭受的地质灾害风险,查明区内可能发生的地质灾害类型及特点等,并为防灾减灾、规划管理和决策提供依据,拟对建设工程进行地质灾害危险性评估。通过搜集评估区工程建设规划设计、环境地质条件等资料,对其地质环境条件和基本特征进行详细调查,分析各类地质灾害的发育程度、危害程度及其诱发因素,对各类地质灾害进行现状、预测和综合评估,并系统评价场地的适宜性,针对性地提出地质灾害防治措施建议,为工程建设提供安全保障。
The domestic waste transfer station,as a semi-permanent public welfare facility,plays a crucial role in urban environmental management.The proposed site for waste treatment facilities in a certain county,located in a geologically hazardous area while considering environmental and locational factors,presents construction challenges.To identify and predict geological hazard risks,clarify potential hazard types,and provide basis for mitigation planning,this study conducts a comprehensive geological hazard risk assessment.Through analysis of engineering planning data and environmental geological conditions,we investigate the assessment area's geological environment,analyze hazard development,hazard levels,and inducing factors,and perform current/predicted/comprehensive evaluations.Systematic site suitability assessment is conducted,accompanied by targeted prevention measures to ensure construction safety.
