摘要
习近平总书记关于法治思维与法治方式的重要论述,是深入探讨县域基层干部在经济治理中运用法治思维和法治方式的重要依据。“企业敢干”“政府有为”“全民普法”三个在县域经济高质量发展中的具体实践是重要支撑。本文通过研究法治在固根本、稳预期、利长远方面的保障作用,提出进一步优化县域经济法治治理的建议,旨在为县域经济高质量发展提供理论支持与实践指导。
General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on rule-of-law thinking and approaches provide a fundamental basis for thoroughly examining how grassroots cadres at the county level utilize these concepts in economic governance.The concrete practices of“encouraging enterprises to act boldly,”“ensuring a proactive and accountable government,”and“promoting legal awareness among all citizens”serve as crucial pillars supporting high-quality economic development at the county level.By studying the safeguarding role of the rule of law in consolidating foundations,stabilizing expectations,and fostering long-term benefits,this paper proposes recommendations for further optimizing the rule-of-law governance of county-level economies.The aim is to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for achieving high-quality development in these economies.
