摘要
数字经济背景下,国有企业如何守“主责主业”之正,开“国企创新”之花?文章使用2015—2022年我国国有上市公司数据,实证检验了国有企业数字化转型对主业创新的影响。研究表明,国有企业数字化转型对主业创新呈正相关关系。机制检验表明,国有企业数字化转型通过抑制管理层短视、强化内部控制以及增强产品市场竞争程度而促进主业创新产出水平提升。异质性分析表明,国有企业数字化转型对融资约束低、处于成熟期、商业一类和西部地区主业创新产出的促进作用更强。经济后果检验表明,数字化转型提升了国有企业主业创新产出后能够提高国有企业生产效率和市场价值,促进国有资本保值增值。结论丰富了企业数字化转型与国有企业创新的理论研究,为国有企业如何利用数字技术提高创新动力提供经验借鉴。
In the context of the digital economy,how can state-owned enterprises uphold the principle of“main responsibility and main business”and bloom the flower of“state-owned enterprise innovation”?This article uses data from state-owned listed companies in China from 2015 to 2022 to empirically test the impact of digital transformation of state-owned enterprises on main business innovation.Research has shown that the digital transformation of state-owned enterprises is positively correlated with innovation in their main business.Mechanism testing shows that the digital transformation of state-owned enterprises promotes the improvement of innovation output level in their main business by suppressing short sightedness of management,strengthening internal control,and enhancing product market competition.Heterogeneity analysis shows that the digital transformation of state-owned enterprises has a stronger promoting effect on low financing constraints,mature stage,commercial type,and innovation output of main businesses in western regions.The economic consequences test shows that digital transformation can improve the production efficiency and market value of state-owned enterprises after enhancing their main business innovation output,and promote the preservation and appreciation of state-owned capital.The conclusion enriches the theoretical research on digital transformation of enterprises and innovation of state-owned enterprises,providing experience and reference for how state-owned enterprises can use digital technology to enhance innovation momentum.
