数字技术应用对农业生产效率的影响研究——基于要素配置与人力资本视角

Research on the Impact of Digital Technology Applications on Agricultural Production Efficiency--From the Perspective of Factor Allocation and Human Capital

摘要 以互联网为代表的数字技术应用是提高农业生产效率、推动农业高质量发展的关键。文章基于357份新疆棉农的调查数据,利用SFA模型测度农业生产效率,并使用Tobit模型、中介效应模型、调节效应模型和门槛效应模型探究数字技术应用对农业生产效率的影响及其作用机制。结果表明:(1)农户数字技术应用促进了农业生产效率的提高,该结论在经过内生性处理及稳健性检验后仍然成立;(2)农户数字技术应用通过促进土地流转、劳动力要素配置、技术投资来提高农业生产效率;(3)通用型人力资本和专用型人力资本能够增强农户数字技术应用对农业生产效率的促进效应;(4)农户数字技术应用对农业生产效率的促进作用存在综合人力资本的双重门槛效应,只有综合人力资本跨过第一门槛时促进作用才显著,且第三门槛区间的促进效应显著强于第二门槛区间。基于此,提出要加强农村地区数字技术基础设施建设、加强数字平台建设、加强农户各方面培训以促进要素配置、增加人力资本从而推动农业生产效率提升等政策性建议。 The application of digital technology,represented by the internet,is key to improving agricultural production efficiency and promoting high-quality agricultural development.Based on survey data from 357 cotton farmers in Xinjiang,this study uses Stochastic Frontier Analysis(SFA)to measure agricultural production efficiency and employs Tobit,mediation effect,moderation effect,and threshold effect models to explore the impact of digital technology application on agricultural production efficiency and its mechanisms.The results show that:(1)farmers’application of digital technology enhances agricultural production efficiency,a conclusion that remains valid after addressing endogeneity and robustness tests;(2)Digital technology application improves agricultural production efficiency by facilitating land transfer,labor factor allocation,and technological investment;(3)Both general and specific human capital can strengthen the promoting effect of digital technology application on agricultural production efficiency;(4)There exists a dual threshold effect of comprehensive human capital in the relationship between digital technology application and agricultural production efficiency.The promoting effect becomes significant only when comprehensive human capital exceeds the first threshold,and the effect in the third threshold interval is significantly stronger than that in the second.Based on these findings,policy recommendations are proposed,including strengthening digital technology infrastructure in rural areas,enhancing digital platform development,and providing farmers with comprehensive training to improve factor allocation and human capital,thereby boosting agricultural production efficiency.
