摘要
传统室内墙面清洗方式在面对复杂污垢时,常因清洗角度固定、覆盖范围不可调等问题,导致清洗效率低、用水量大且易损伤墙面。本研究提出一种创新清洗理念,通过环形阵列可变角度喷头系统,实现“集中高压点射”与“扇形均匀覆盖”双模式切换,集成铲、刷、冲多工序于一体,显著提升清洗效率与节水性能。实验结果表明,在相同工况下,新型清洗技术效率提升逾四成,用水量下降近三成,且对墙面零损伤。该技术为室内装修后时代精细化清洁提供了新思路,应用前景广阔。
Traditional indoor wall cleaning methods often suffer from low efficiency,high water consumption,and potential wall surface damage due to fixed cleaning angles and limited coverage.This study proposes an innovative cleaning concept that utilizes an annular array of variable-angle nozzles,enabling switching between"focused high-pressure jet"and"fan-shaped uniform coverage"modes.The system integrates scraping,brushing,and flushing into a single process,significantly improving cleaning efficiency and water-saving performance.Experimental results show that under the same working conditions,the new technology improves cleaning efficiency by over 40%,reduces water consumption by nearly 30%,and causes zero damage to the wall surface.This technology provides a new approach for fine cleaning in the post-renovation phase of indoor spaces,with broad application prospects.
