摘要
目的分析当前医疗机构制剂岗位实习带教现状,探讨其中存在的问题。方法采取了以问题为导向的方法,包括问题的识别、分析和解决。结果通过研究分析当前制剂岗位实习带教的现状,针对存在的问题,提出了一系列优化建议,包括制定带教老师岗位职责、丰富带教方法和内容、加强带教教师培训与资源配置、建立学生反馈与自我评估机制。结论这些优化建议为医疗机构制剂岗位实习带教提供了有效参考,有助于提升药学专业学生的实践能力和职业素养,满足医疗机构制剂岗位对高素质药学人才的需求。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the current status and explore existing challenges of internship teaching in hospital preparation position.METHODS A problem-oriented approach was adopted,including problem identification,analysis,and resolution.RESULTS Through studying the current internship teaching for preparation position,a series of optimization suggestions were proposed,including developing standardized mentorship responsibilities,enriching teaching methods and content,enhancing mentor training and resource allocation,and establishing student feedback and self-assessment mechanisms.CONCLUSION These optimization strategies provide effective references for improving internship teaching in hospital preparation position,thereby enhancing pharmacy students'practical skills and professional qualities to meet the demand for high-quality pharmacy professionals in these roles.
