摘要
中剥离力硅油离型纸是离型力长期稳定在10~20克/25 mm的一类离型纸,本文使用80克格拉辛纸为硅油原纸,分别上机涂布成溶剂型硅油和无溶剂型硅油两种体系的中剥离力硅油离型纸,经烘箱加热固化后制成离型纸。考察了重剥离剂用量、涂硅量和烘箱温度对中剥离力硅油离型纸性能的影响,结果表明,选用无溶剂型硅油且重剥离剂用量25%、涂硅量为1.3克/m^(2)、170℃烘箱温度时的离型力稳定,残余粘着率较高。
Medium-release silicone-coated paper maintains a long-term stable release force of 10~20 g/25 mm.In this study,80 g/m^(2)glassine paper was used as the base paper and coated with both solvent-based and solvent-free silicone systems to produce medium-release paper.After curing in an oven,the effects of heavy release agent dosage,silicone coating weight,and oven temperature on the performance of the medium-release paper were investigated.The results showed that when using solvent-free silicone with a heavy release agent dosage of 25%,a coating weight of 1.3 g/m^(2),and an oven temperature of 170℃,the release force remained stable and the residual adhesion rate was high.
