纯有机圆偏振发光材料及发光器件应用的研究进展

Progress on Pure Organic Circularly Polarized Luminescent Materials and Luminescent Device Applications

摘要 圆偏振发光(CPL)是指手性发光体系发射左旋与右旋圆偏振光存在强度差异的光学现象,近年来有机光电材料因其结构可调性和优异光学特性成为CPL研究热点,在生物成像、3D显示、量子信息等领域展现出重要应用潜力。综述了纯有机发光材料,包括有机小分子、共轭高分子及超分子组装体等典型CPL活性材料体系,重点阐释了圆偏振荧光、磷光、热活化延迟荧光(CP-TADF)和有机超长室温磷光(CP-OURTP)等不同发光机制的能量跃迁过程与分子设计策略,系统梳理了这些材料在圆偏振OLED、手性光探测器等光电器件中的最新突破性应用成果,最后展望了有机CPL材料在自旋电子器件、全息存储、智能防伪等新兴领域的应用前景,为发展高性能手性光电功能材料提供了理论指导。 Circularly Polarized Luminescence(CPL)refers to an optical phenomenon where chiral luminescent systems emit left-and right-handed circularly polarized light with intensity asymmetry.In recent years,organic optoelectronic materials have emerged as a research hotspot in CPL due to their structural tunability and superior optical properties,demonstrating significant application potential in fields such as bioimaging,3D displays,and quantum information.This review comprehensively summarizes typical pure CPL-active material systems,including chiral organic small molecules,conjugated polymers and supramolecular assemblies,with a focus on elucidating the energy transition processes and molecular design strategies underlying distinct emission mechanisms such as circularly polarized fluorescence,phosphorescence,thermally activated delayed fluorescence(CP-TADF),and organic ultralong room-temperature phosphorescence(CP-OURTP).It systematically organizes the latest groundbreaking application achievements of these materials in optoelectronic devices like circularly polarized OLEDs and chiral photodetectors.Finally,the prospects of organic CPL materials in emerging fields such as spin electronics,holographic storage,and intelligent anti-counterfeiting are envisioned,offering theoretical guidance for developing high-performance chiral optoelectronic functional materials.
