摘要
为研究人参皂苷Rg3聚合物胶束的制备工艺,本实验采用薄膜水化法制备人参皂苷Rg3聚合物胶束,以包封率为评价指标,采用单因素和响应面试验优化其制备工艺。结果表明,人参皂苷Rg3聚合物胶束最佳制备工艺为水化时间55 min、超声时间32 min、水化温度51℃,Rg3与聚乙二醇质量比1∶10(mg/mg),此时包封率77.97%。人参皂苷Rg3聚合物胶束的制备工艺稳定可行、成本低,可控性强。
In this study,ginsenoside Rg3 polymeric micelles were prepared using the thin-film hydration method.Using the encapsulation efficiency as the evaluation index,the preparation process was optimized through single-factor experiments and response surface methodology.The results showed that the optimal conditions were as follows:hydration time of 55 min,ultrasonic time of 32 min,hydration temperature of 51℃,and Rg3-to-PEG mass ratio of 1∶10(mg/mg).Under these conditions,the encapsulation efficiency reached 77.97%.The established process is stable,feasible,cost-effective,and highly controllable.
