基于精确重心法的平邑县流峪镇金银花仓库选址优化

Study on the Site Selection of Honeysuckle Warehouse in Liuyu Town,Pingyi County Based on the Precise Center of Gravity Method

摘要 针对金银花产业发展中存在的仓库布局不合理、运输成本高、损耗大、物流效率低等问题,本文以平邑县流峪镇金银花仓库为研究对象,选取该镇21个产量超50 t的行政村作为需求点,收集各需求点的经纬度、产量及运输费率等数据,采用精确重心法进行选址优化。结果表明,通过建立模型并经9次迭代计算,确定最优仓库位置为义和庄村西北方向,地理坐标为(117.59058°E、35.40395°N),所采用坐标系为WGS84。该选址可缩短仓库与种植区、加工区的距离,降低运输成本与鲜品损耗,提升物流效率与产业协同性,同时为其他中药材仓库选址提供参考,具有较强的实践价值。 Addressing the issues of unreasonable warehouse layout,high transportation costs,significant losses,and low logistics efficiency in the development of the honeysuckle industry,this paper took the honeysuckle warehouses in Liuyu town,Pingyi county as the research object.It selected 21 administrative villages in the town with a production volume exceeding 50 tons as demand points,collected data such as the longitude and latitude,production volume,and transportation rates of each demand point,and employed the precise center of gravity method for location optimization.The results indicated that through the establishment of a model and nine iterations of calculation,the optimal warehouse location was determined to be northwest of Yihezhuang village,with geographical coordinates of(117.59058°E,35.40395°N),using the WGS84 coordinate system.This location could shorten the distance between the warehouse and the planting and processing areas,reduced transportation costs and fresh product losses,enhanced logistics efficiency and industrial synergy,and provided a reference for the location selection of other traditional Chinese medicine warehouses,thus possessing strong practical value.
