摘要
目的基于数据挖掘技术分析田心义治疗腰痛的用药规律。方法选取2024年9月25日至2025年9月25日湖南中医药大学第二附属医院田心义门诊的209例腰痛患者作为研究对象。对纳入中药进行频次、属性、归经、关联规则及聚类分析。结果共纳入处方209首,涉及中药84味。高频药物包括甘草、黄芪、当归等;药性以温、平为主,药味以甘、辛、苦为主;归经多属肝、脾、肾经。核心功效为强筋骨、补肝肾、祛风湿。关联规则分析得42组药对,聚类分析获4类药组。结论田心义治腰痛以“扶正祛邪,标本兼治”为原则,重在益气血、补肝肾、强筋骨以治本,祛风湿、通经络以治标,体现多靶点整体调节特色。
Objective To analyze the medication rules of Tian Xinyi in treating low back pain based on data mining technology.Methods A total of 209 patients with low back pain from Tian Xinyi Clinic of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine from September 25,2024 to September 25,2025 were selected as subjects.The frequency,attributes,meridian,association rules and clustering analysis of the included Chinese herbal medicine were carried out.Results The study included 209 prescriptions involving 84 Chinese herbal ingredients.Commonly used herbs included Gancao,Huangqi,Danggui,etc,with properties primarily warm or neutral,and flavors predominantly sweet,pungent,or bitter.These herbs were predominantly associated with the liver,spleen,and kidney meridians.The core therapeutic effects focused on strengthening tendons and bones,nourishing the liver and kidneys,and dispelling wind-dampness.The analysis identified 42 drug pairs through association rules and clustered them into four therapeutic groups.Conclusion Tian Xinyi’s treatment of low back pain is based on the principle of supporting the body’s vital energy and expelling pathogenic factors,treating both the symptoms and the root causes.It focuses on strengthening the liver and kidney,reinforcing the tendons and bones to treat the root causes,and expelling wind-dampness and unblocking meridians to treat the symptoms,reflecting the characteristics of multi-target holistic regulation.
