抚顺东露天矿交管式铁路道口智能无人防护系统

摘要 为了解决抚顺东露天矿现有铁路道口存在的接近报警距离不足、电机车驾驶员瞭望视线不佳、人工参与环节多、道口通过效率低等实际问题,引进交管式铁路道口智能无人防护系统,对现有道口进行升级改造,从安全技术性能、经济效益、生产效率提升等方面分析了道口无人防护系统在东露天矿应用的可行性。结果表明:无人防护道口系统在提升通过效率、降低人为事故风险、优化运维成本等方面优势显著,系统多传感器融合的协同感知系统与交管逻辑互控的有机结合,能够有效应对复杂环境下的道口安全管理需求。在实现现有道口安全高效的现代化集控管理模式的同时,把员工从艰苦的工作环境和高强度的体力劳动中解放出来,最大程度推进“人少则安、无人更安”的智能化矿山管理理念。 In order to solve the practical problems existing in the current railway crossings of Fushun East Open-pit Mine,such as insufficient approach alarm distance,poor visibility for locomotive drivers,multiple manual intervention links and low crossing efficiency,the mine plans to introduce an intelligent unmanned railway crossing protection system in the form of traffic management to upgrade the existing crossings.This article analyzes the feasibility of applying the unmanned crossing protection system in East Open-pit Mine from aspects of safety and technical performance,economic benefits and production efficiency improvement.The results show that the unmanned crossing protection system has significant advantages in improving crossing efficiency,reducing the risk of human accidents,and optimizing operation and maintenance costs.The integrated application of the multi-sensor fusion collaborative perception system and the traffic management logic interlocking control can effectively meet the safety management requirements of the crossings in the complex environment.While achieving a safe and efficient modern centralized control management mode for the existing crossings,it liberates employees from harsh working conditions and high-intensity physical labor,promoting the intelligent mine management concept of"fewer people mean safer,and no people mean even safer"to the greatest extent.
