摘要
为了解决实验室分析测试仪器及检测样品数目不断增加导致的任务单积压问题,建立了基于B/S架构的实验室信息管理系统(LIMS),但应用过程中发现,单纯的LIMS系统存在信息孤岛、功能单一和安全性等一系列局限和不足,因此提出了基于物联网技术(IoT)的煤矿安全LIMS架构,建设了互联互通的智能化煤矿安全实验室信息管理系统。结果表明:基于物联网技术的LIMS能够将“人-机-料-法-环-评-测”的多源感知信息进行有效的汇集,实现了样品扫码出入库和数据自动化采集,为煤矿安全实验过程的状态精准感知、远程化管理、自动化检测等提供信息支撑。
In order to address the backlog of task orders caused by the increasing number of laboratory analytical instruments and testing samples,the experimental center has established Laboratory Information Management System(LIMS)based on Browser/Server(B/S)architecture.In the application process,the standalone LIMS system has limitations and shortcomings,such as information silos,limited functionality and security concerns.This article presents LIMS system based on IoT to build an interconnected and intelligent laboratory information management system for coal mine safety.The results show that based on IoT technology,LIMS can effectively integrate multi-source sensing information encompassing"personnel,equipment,materials,methods,environment,evaluation and testing",which realizes sample scanning and data collection in and out,and provides information support for precise state perception,remote management,and automated detection in coal mine safety experiments.
