摘要
为去除固体发动机ICT(industrial computed tomography)三维成像中出现的台阶伪影,分别利用基于灰度信息的最近邻域法、线性插值法、三次样条插值法和基于形状插值的方法对固体发动机CT图像进行插值研究。在基于灰度信息的插值方法中,三次样条插值法获得的插值图像与原图像最为接近。通过三维成像实验对比三次样条插值法和形状插值法获取的插值图像,结果表明:形状插值法能够较好地去除三维成像中的台阶伪影,但由于在获取轮廓的过程中丢失了灰度信息,需对固体发动机进行多次分割插值,增加了三维重建的时间。
To eliminate the step artifacts that appear in the three-dimensional(3D)imaging of solid motor using industrial computed tomography(ICT),interpolation methods based on grayscale information,including the nearest neighbor interpolation,linear interpolation,cubic spline interpolation,and shape-based interpolation were investigated for interpolating the CT images of solid motor.Using the grayscale-based interpolation methods,the cubic spline interpolation method yielded interpolated images that were closest to the original images.A comparative experiment was conducted on the interpolated images obtained by the cubic spline interpolation method and the shape-based interpolation method through 3D imaging.The results indicate that the shape-based interpolation method is more effective in removing step artifacts in 3D imaging.However,due to the loss of grayscale information during the contour extraction process,multiple segmentation and interpolation steps are required for the solid motor,which extends the time for 3D reconstruction.
