摘要
在工程设计咨询行业中,项目创优是提升企业核心竞争力、塑造品牌形象的重要途径。本文以某企业的创优管理流程为基础,结合设计行业特点,提出以项目创优为导向的设计管理体系优化策略。通过分类管理、流程优化、绩效考核及信息化支撑等手段,旨在构建全生命周期创优管理体系,推动设计质量与行业地位同步提升。
In the engineering design consulting industry,project excellence creation serves as a critical pathway to enhance corporate core competitiveness and shape brand image.Based on the excellence-driven management processes of a company and considering the characteristics of the design industry,this paper proposes an optimized design management system strategy guided by project excellence creation.Through categorized management,process optimization,performance evaluation,and IT-enabled support,a full lifecycle excellence management system is established,driving simultaneous improvements in design quality and industry standing.
