摘要
为解决工业烟气除尘改造中传统电源能耗高、除尘效率不稳定等问题,本文基于该技术的核心原理与优势,以国电电力锦界公司2号机组电除尘器高频电源改造项目为案例,详细分析项目概况、技术选型与方案设计、设备改造安装、调试优化及运行监测全流程,并从经济效益和社会效益两方面开展评估。研究结果表明,软稳电除尘电源技术能显著提升除尘效率、降低能耗,为工业除尘改造工程提供可靠技术支撑,具有重要实践价值与推广意义。
In order to solve the problems of high energy consumption and unstable dust removal efficiency of traditional power sources in industrial flue gas dust removal renovation,this article takes the high-frequency power supply renovation project of Unit 2 of State Grid Power Jinjie Company as a case study based on the core principles and advantages of this technology.The project overview,technical selection and scheme design,equipment renovation and installation,debugging and optimization,and operation monitoring are analyzed in detail,and the application benefits are evaluated from both economic and social perspectives.The research results indicate that the soft stable electrostatic precipitator power supply technology can significantly improve dust removal efficiency and reduce energy consumption,providing reliable technical support for industrial dust removal renovation projects,and has both practical value and promotion significance.
