摘要
电力供应链的复杂性与关键性对安全防护提出了更高要求。新型能源结构的转型与智能电网的深度发展,使供应链节点设备面临物理安全与网络安全的多重威胁。传统防护体系依赖独立的安全模块部署,缺乏跨环节的风险联防机制,难以应对系统性攻击。变电站设备老化、输电线路外力破坏等传统风险尚未根治,针对智能电表的恶意数据注入等新型威胁又不断涌现。构建覆盖发、输、配、用全环节的协同防护体系,成为保障电力系统可靠运行的核心任务。
The complexity and criticality of power supply chain puts forward higher requirements for safety protection.The transformation of new energy structure and the deep development of smart grid make the supply chain node equipment face multiple threats of physical security and network security.The traditional protection system relies on the deployment of independent security modules and lacks cross-link risk joint prevention mechanism,which is difficult to deal with systematic attacks.Traditional risks such as aging substation equipment and external damage to transmission lines have not yet been eradicated,and new threats such as malicious data injection for smart meters continue to emerge.Building a cooperative protection system covering the whole link of power generation,transmission,distribution and use has become the core task to ensure the reliable operation of the power system.
